We are excited to announce that Crystal Henderson has joined STARBASE Robins as our new STEM Programs Project Manager. Crystal is a proud graduate of Valdosta State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood/Special Education (2018). She furthered her education at Fort Valley State University, completing a Master’s degree in Education in 2023. With over seven years of experience in education, Crystal has a strong passion for hands-on, STEM-related learning. She has served as both a teacher and student mentor, where she guided students in areas such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovative learning practices. Additionally, she has been actively involved in the Summer Learning Academy, incorporating STEM activities to help students stay engaged and foster a love for science, technology, engineering, and math during the summer months.
We are confident that Crystal’s experience and enthusiasm will make a significant impact as she takes on this new role.
